Square Tiles
Our square tiles are an absolute classic; they never go out of style. Whether square pattern tiles or block colours to brighten your space, we provide a variety of square floor and wall tiles including cement, terrazzo, marble, terracotta, porcelain, and glazed. And if you're unsure which design to choose, book a free design consultation or order samples by choosing your favourite square bathroom, kitchen, living room and outdoor tiles below.
Best rooms for square tiles
Square tiles lend themselves to any area in the house. Our 20cm x 20cm cement squares are particularly successful on floors and patios, while our half size 10cm x 10cm squares are great for smaller spaces such as bathroom walls or kitchen splashbacks.
For areas where you want to create intricate patterns or patchwork looks consider smaller tiles with bursts of colour and traditional designs. One of our most popular square tiles for floors is our Alalpardo, a classic design that can be arranged in myriad ways, from diamonds and zigzags to a classic chequerboard, while one of our most popular square wall tiles is our Classic Glazed Brighton Stone Square which adds depth and intrigue whenever it’s used thanks to its gently reflective surface. Square terracotta tiles are an incredibly popular choice for outdoor areas, while our square terrazzo tiles look particularly stunning on kitchen islands and as kitchen splashbacks, perfect for creating a real focal point.
Can square tiles be used on any surface?
Thanks to their hardwearing nature, our square cement, terrazzo, marble, terracotta, and porcelain tiles are suitable for both floors and walls. Our square glazed tiles, on the other hand, are only suitable for walls.
For a cosy and cohesive feel, go with our chalky plain cement squares on both floors and walls, or for a contrasting look pair our patterned cement styles on the floor with jewel-toned glazed square tiles on the walls.

Colour is at the core of everything we do and that’s why we've worked with the master craftsmen of our encaustic tiles to curate a palette of 40 timeless colours inspired by our reclaimed collection. Our square tiles really showcase these colours. You'll see everything from white square tiles to black square tiles and all the fabulous colours in between. In modern kitchens and bathrooms, we love to see neutrals such as whites, beiges, and greys. And, to add moments of colour intofun living spaces, take a look at brighter tones such as pink, blue, green and yellow tiles. Inject them into your floors and walls and enjoy the contemporary aesthetic of tiles in your home.
